Please NOTE that due to Topper® Class rules changes (July 2019) all Topper® sail numbers must be BLACK and the DIGITAL style.

Rule "G.4.2.2 c) Topper sail number shall be black digital eights. As a general rule sail elements shall be a minimum of 45mm apart and a maximum of 55mm apart."

This packaging is TERRIBLE. The "instructions" are TERRIBLE. They were just a single sheet with minimal info, SHOVED into the box randomly. Could've folded it flat and slid it in there. Both times I ordered this, I had this exact same experience. Good thing I've put together tons of furniture and toys over the years. I'm sure older people would have a hard time with assembling this.
